Fiè allo Sciliar invites to active holidays in South Tyrol throughout the year. In winter, the nearby Alpe di Siusi with its breathtaking scenery invites you to skiing and snowboarding on 60 km of perfectly groomed pistes, all sunny and sheltered from the wind and ideal for families. A further 100 km of pistes and the Sellaronda in the linked skiing region of Val Gardena make an active holiday in the Dolomites perfect. The Dolomiti Superski ski pass offers the opportunity to indulge in your winter hobby in 12 ski resorts and on 1,200 kilometres of pistes in the heart of the Dolomites. Alpe di Siusi is also fantastic for cross country skiing: 80 km of sunny and perfectly groomed cross-country trails with two and four tracks and a view of the Dolomites attract cross-country skiers and national teams from all over the world to (high-altitude) training. Those who also love variety for their cross-country skiing can buy the cross-country ski pass Dolomiti NordicSki with access to 12 cross-country skiing regions with a total of 1300 kilometres of track. If you don't want to strap on your “boards" every day, you can go on winter hikes around the village, up high on idyllic snowshoe hikes or on romantic horse-drawn carriage rides on the Alpine pastures. Tobogganing is also very popular with our guests.

In spring the nature around Fiè is in bloom earlier than elsewhere thanks to the mild climate. One of the highlights of a summer activity holiday in the Dolomites is hiking & mountaineering in the Sciliar Catinaccio nature park and on Alpe di Siusi, to the witches’ benches, view points and Alpine pastures. Nordic walking, jogging, mountain biking and swimming in the Lago di Fiè are also popular activities. If you prefer a quiet activity holiday in the Dolomites, take a walk in the village and the surrounding area, visit Prösels Castle and relax in our garden or swimming pools.
