Hotel with hay bath in Sout Tyrol

For all those who find a hay bath too strenuous, we offer a selection of alternative applications in which our valuable mountain hay and the ingredients obtained from it are used. There are packs for the hands and feet, hay relaxation massages and a hay peeling. We closely collaborate with the two South Tyrolean cosmetics manufacturers Trehs and VITALIS Dr. Joseph and share with them our love for this natural and regional resource: the mountain hay.

Hay bath

Hay bath (50 min.) 45 Euro

The hay bath is a full-body treatment for one person. Like in a visit to the sauna, you sweat for 20 minutes wrapped in warm, moist Alpine hay. To support that you continue sweating after the treatment, we will bed you on a couch for 30 minutes and wrap you in woollen blankets. In the meantime, your circulation can stabilise again. After the hay bath, we do not recommend showering immediately in order to increase the effect of the mountain meadow herbs.

In order to make the best possible use of the health benefits of the hay bath, we recommend taking 6 hay baths. Book the hay bath package at a special price.

Hay treatments

Partial pack for hands or feet (30 min.) 24 Euro

For all those who find a hay bath too strenuous, we offer a treatment that is limited to the hands and feet. We pack either your hands or feet in warm and moist hay for 30 minutes. The heat opens the pores and the agents of the mountain meadow herbs penetrate the skin.

Hay body peel without pack (30 min.) 43 Euro

Enjoy a gentle and at the same time pore-deep cleansing of the body with a mixture of finest flour from Sarntal mountain pine cones and massage milk from Seiser Alm mountain hay.

Hay body peel with pack (50 min.) 83 Euro

Enjoy a gentle and at the same time pore-deep cleansing of the body with a mixture of finest flour from Sarntal mountain pine cones and massage milk from Seiser Alm mountain hay. After a relaxing shower your skin will be nourished and pampered with precious mountain hay oil and a mountain hay lotion. Wrapped in warm fluffy blankets, you can enjoy this mountain hay pack in absolute relaxation.

Hay aroma massage (50 min.) 75 Euro

In this classic full body massage, we use Trehs mountain hay massage oil. The unmistakable aroma of our mountain hay helps you to relax, and the essential oils care for your skin.

Haybath massage package 239 Euro

Our top seller among all hay treatments: 3 x hay bath of 50 minutes each, followed by a partial massage of 25 minutes each.
