South Tyrolean cuisine
The Heubad á-la-carte restaurant is equally appreciated by locals and hotel guests. The restaurant guide "Gault MIllau" is considering it one of the best restaurants in South Tyrol and awards it for years with a "toque" and 13 points. With its creative blend of South Tyrolean tradition and Mediterranean lightness, both for lunch and dinner it is a welcome addition to the delicious half board.
The stylishly refurbished restaurant with its modern ambience is located on the ground floor of the main building. The "Gault Millau" says about it: "With much attention to detail, love for art and sense of colours, the owners have created a pleasant place radiating unaffected cosiness. In the summer, the restaurant's garden with its shady chestnut tree invites to have a light lunch and to enjoy our home-baked cakes and pies. Sundays for lunch the blooming location becomes the setting for chef Alberto Voltolini's barbecue show.
Baptisms, First Communions, confirmations, birthday parties and other celebrations are welcome in our restaurant. In summer we will be glad to set the tables in our quiet and shady courtyard garden.
