Our trained team is the guarantee for a pleasant wellness experience. Whether you opt for a hay bath, a massage or a cosmetic treatment, with our team you are in experienced hands. Our new partner is the innovative South Tyrolean manufacturer VITALIS Dr. Joseph, from whom we also obtain the TEAM Dr. JOSEF premium line for facial treatments.

Monday through Saturday: from 8 a.m. to noon and from 3.30 to 7.30 p.m.

Good to know

BOOKING. We recommend that you book your treatments before your arrival so that we can meet your appointment requests as best as possible.

GETTING STARTED. We would be happy to welcome you 5 minutes before your treatment appointment. We recommend that men shave a few hours beforehand for facial treatments.

CANCELLATION. If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask you to cancel it 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, 50% of the booked service will be charged.

IMPORTANT. Please inform us about existing cardiovascular weaknesses, allergies, pregnancies or recent operations before starting your treatment.

Hay bathing is a centuries-old tradition in the Dolomites and Völs in particular has become widely known for this. We are proud to continue this tradition in our house since 1901 and to continue this tradition as one of the few historical baths in Tyrol to this day.

For all those who find the hay bath too strenuous, we offer a selection of alternative treatments where our valuable mountain hay and the ingredients derived from it are used.
